Friendly staff. Ideal location, bus stop 1 minute from the hotel that takes you directly to the slopes in 15 mins.

The location is really good, and it is near to the primary shopping street. The lady at the reception is really kind and helpful.

Very great location. Very useful employees who gave me annotated maps highlighting the points of interest and also the exact route to take for a great scenic walk above the town.

The employees (receptionist) who meet us at the reception were really kind and could give us a lot of answers. We felt like she realy like to talk to the costumers and we talked to her a lot of times. she could talk pretty god English, wich not many people in Andorra can at all. The place were ok and god for the price, but in case you are searching for very good quality take a hotel - and pay more
