The style of the building is lovely, really San Telmo. Extremely nice lady on the desk, but she didnt offer to help or anything, just let us in and out the building. Great central location and web that is slow, but works.

Good location to meet people, but definitely needs a exceptional basic cleaning. For example, there are a lot of shelves in the room, but the thick layer of dust on them renders them unusable. Acceptable, for a short time, if there is absolutely nothing else to be found.

The property is situated in the hearth of San Telmo, near market place location and center and lots of local- argentinian individuals stayed there. Definitely its not a location to meet other travellers.

The owner is extremely helpfull and welcomes you with a beer! A pity they dont have rooms with bath otherwise it would be totally perfect value for money.
