As many others /i had the same problem with an overbooking, i did a booking by internet and when i tried to check in they told me that they had overbooking and need to look for other hostel. They offered me subsitute HI hostels which are very low rated. There is no security for baggagestorage, anyone can go in and go out of this storageroom |

Amazing hostel, great location, fabulous staff, clean rooms, good showers, great TV room and internet facilities! Was my favourite hostel out of 5 in Buenos Aires. the only bad thing is that you never leave and end up staying far longer than anticipated!! 10 out of 10 for sure. |

After Hostelbookers stuffed up our booking, it took ages to check-in at 3am, and luckily they were helpful, gave us an incorrectly discounted rate shown online, and still had a private room for us. The location is very central and easy to get around from, though while a travel service is offered, only very limited options are available. |

The location and the free walking tour. The place needs some better management, as their was confusion with respect to the promotion I was offered 'stay 5 pay 4 nights', for the first 3 nights I had no towel provided, my room heater didn't work and they 'forget' to tell people about the 'free' dinner service they offer. Also I feel that they overcharged for a number of their activities. |

It is true its a great place to meet people but most of the staff were not really helpfull. I guess it depends on who you found in reception. There was a brasilian guy very nice but the others I talk to were very cold. In adition, I think it is too big considering that is a hostel and not a hotel. And there are not enough bathrooms. It is not awful but there are much better hostels in Buenos Aires. I know it because I have been in 4 diferent hostels, and I think all of them were better than this one. |

Very spacious living areas, quiet bedroom on a main street, excellent staff who made conversation, free breakfast, easy to meet new people, pool table, live music and drinks in the hostel. Could have stayed here much longer! |
