A stunning house, really silent and with all of the items you miss when you&'re travelling (huge TV&'s in each room, pretty solid wood floors and lighting, clean bathrooms and a huge kitchen. its a really nice house - and in an exciting area, a little further out from the traveler trap centre

Very helpful staff. Silent location out of CBD but in basic walking distance to subway and buses. An awesome location to stay if you desire to avoid the all-night disturbances of the BA party scene hostels.

Really nice house, clean, nice cooking area and in a great area. Gustavo, the property owner is a great host and was wonderful in helping me with me an illness and with everything i would need to do in buenos aires. Really, a great experience when you first arrive in argentina to meet someone who cares about you enjoying their country. Fantastic place.

We stayed at membrillar residential house for 6 days and really enjoyed. the appartment is really lovely and cosy and you can use fully equipped kitchen. membrillar is located in a save quarter, at walking distance to the metro, buses, supermarkets, coffees, heladerias etc. gustavo is really helpful, he even helped us looking for bike boxes and showed us a really great and low priced spot for eating parilla. dear friend, we hope to see you again some day in switzerland!

If you are looking for a location to stay off the beaten path then this location is perfect. The metro is situated within walking distance and takes you to just about anywhere you want. There's a lot of restaurants and food markets here if needed. The Korean neighborhood is quite close and has great food. Although I didn't use it, all access to kitchen is provided. Gustavo was a really great host, he made sure all my needs were met. I was only in Buenos Aires for 3 days and Gustavo made an itinerary for me to make sure i didn't miss out on the major attractions. He even gave me a fast tour of the neighborhood and ordered food for me since i didn't know any Spanish! I can't say enough about this man. Staying here was like staying at a friend's house. If you're looking for some solitude and feeling like a local then this location is perfect! if you're looking for partying and don't like to use your legs then stay away.
