The internet is a joke and if like me you usually make sure the hostel of your choice has internet dont stay here, because the computers are the slowest in the whole of SAmerica. But this was made up for by clean, friendly staff who spoke good English. The location is good for some areas, but you struggle after 10. 30 with no metro, though there are buses. Whilst in BA my stay was mared by getting robbed and the staff were great, letting me call home and offering any further help I needed. It is a shame that I shared a dorm with 2 of the most rude people i have met whilst traveling, who thought arriving back at 6 turning all the lights on and having a loud convo 3 nights in a row was acceptable. |

I would not stay at this property or recommend to others. Arrived for 2 nights on 31 August. This hostel is infested with bed bugs and absolutely filthy. It needs a good clean. So after being covered in bites I checked out and only stayed for 1 night. Also the internet services they had on offer did not work for 90% of the time. For USD 26 per night for a single room this hotel is very overrated and overpriced for what it is. |

The place is fantastic, an old bulding reinvented by steel stairs and cool design. The common ambients are filled with veeeery good music! People felt allways at home, its one of the best hostels Ive ever met to get in touch, drink some wine and play some cards with travellers and backpackers coming from all around the world. |

Great location, helpful staff. A fun hostel, but not the place to go for cleanliness or a quiet nights sleep. |

Lovely old building with stylish common areas. Helpful staff. Lots of activities organised and location in slightly delapidated area of Palermo was cool. Our double bedroom was tiny though with v low ceilings and the bed wasnt that great. |

Very friendly bi-lingual staff that provide whatever you need. Very close to subway and very easy to meet people in main area. Good job of cleaning but basically you get your money's worth |

The staff were incredibly helpful and organised whatever we asked them to. Excellent English was spoken which was helpful compared with other places we stayed. |
