Friendly helpful staff like Karolina & Grizelda with a wealth of advice about items to do in BA. Location in centre is near to most tourist sites.

The employees is realy nice and helpful, and it is safe brcouse everybody have their own key to the room and a locker huge television and guitar make a peaceful sitting region

It was really clean and quiet. THe building is really beautiful and really nicely decorated. Amazing! They make your bed every single day! There were medialunas for breakfast!

Was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms had A/C (though not sure if they were switched on. ). Right within the centre of downtown.
