The staff were very useful especially with helping to organise excursions. It&s really warm, the beds are cozy and the showers are hot! The communal spaces are amazing to chill out in.

Great staff, lots of energy and information. All services available, laundry, tour info, airport transportation even food in the evenings. Felt like home.

The dorm and bathroom was spacious and properly set up. Staff were really nice.

I really like the staff! They were very useful and friendly. We were all new pals within the first few minutes of introduction. The entrance hall is spacious and the location is alright. I walked to Laguna Niguel to watch the flamingoes and it wasnt a far distance from there and toward downtown. Good place for exceptional comfort.
