This hostel has a very good location - just a couple of blocks from the main square, and our double room was pretty spacious. Employees were helpful and warm and friendly if you had questions. The cooking area was large and fairly nicely stocked, but really old and tired. Quite nice rooftop and dining areas. Breakfast of hot drinks and pastries was included, which is very good - a couple of days we had orange juice. Safety seemed very good as you had to ring the door bell for admittance. Overall a decent place for the money.

Nice friendly owner, really helpful. We got a no cost bottle of Malbec for staying 3 nights which was great. Nice atmosphere. Location was good, really central and near a huge supermarket. Breakfast was decent.

This Hostel is in a very SAFE and classy location, just steps from &"Independencia&" square and principal attractions. Roomy bedrooms and very nice employees. They have a lot of excursions to provide and it is not a rip off.

O local &e muito agrad&avel e com funcion&arios muito competentes e sol&icitos. Foram extremamente gentis e nos informaram sobre tudo que precisamos para conhecer Mendoza. Guardaremos &otimas lembran&cas da nossa passagem por Mendoza, pela amizades que fizemos no Hostel Puertas de Sol e das maravilhosas vistas do Aconcagua e dos Vinhedos de Maipu. Recomendo fortemente a estadia nesse hostel.

Great little hostel bursting with character. Exceptional facilities and cool places to relax out. The owner was lovely, always there with advice and deals for activities.
