The staff were really friendly and helpful. The common spaces were really spacious. Very good rates on tours as well.

Very friendly employees who were accomodating and very helpful, felt very welcome and had no problems with us staying another night at short notice also paid our taxi cab on arrival when ATMs wouldn&'t accept our cards. Bit of a walk from the centre but hardly anything to complain about if your fit and healthy, which you should be if you&'re back packing around.

Staff was great and friendly as properly as the pool was a great escape from the unbearable heat. The New Years Asado was tasty.

The people running the hostel were incredible. Really make you feel at home. Good BBQ's, clean and Niko, Glenn and Anna were so helpful. Very easy place to meet people. Cool dog and very cute Kiiiiity cat! VERY friendly but not in a weird way. Definately recommend it. Ended up staying much longer than anticipated. Was harder to leave.

First of all Warm and friendly staff! Secondly spacious common spaces, considering the fact that it locates relatively near to the city center. Those make this hostel a really confortable place to be.
