The hot showers are great - just run in shouting &"la ducha es frio! &" along with the warm water WILL be turned on. The kittens are cute.

The double and triple rooms with private bath rooms in the back by the cooking area are really nice. Cooking area was spacious and large common area to eat/drink. Hector also gave us tons of advice about our day every morning at breakfast. super hot water.

The individuals running this hostel couldn&'t have been more warm and friendly && helpful, we arranged all our trips through them and they made everything really straightforward for us. A pretty little hostel which I would suggest to anyone visitng Puerto Madryn

It was extremely noisey. The walls are so thin and our room was next to the reception, my bed was next to the wall and I could hear every single key being typed on the computer, every single word being spoken, every single time someone went to the toilet and then at around 3am the night club down the road started with their really loud music. The hostel is spilt in two parts with the kitchen at the back in a different building, its a superb size kitchen although food was stolen, I know this isnt the hostels fault. Also we booked a tour and made lunch the day ahead of and also the kitchen was locked, we left at 8am and still it was locked with no sign off any staff even right after I went to the front gate and rang the bell.

The staff were really helpful and warm and friendly and really went out of there way to help book trips etc. The room we stayed in was spotless and cooking facilties and space to appreciate and relax both inside and outside were great.

We are 60 and 63 and we did not feel out of place. The two peoplewho keep the place, are very helpful and friendly. There is certainly a garden exactly where you can eat or share your dinner with the two massive pretty dogs.

I might not highly recommend it but I wouldn't tell anyone not to go there. The staff are very nice and the showers are excellant!
