The host Santiago is fantastic and helps exactly where he can. Thanks again for taking us to the bus station! The hostel is extremely clean, the cooking area is pretty properly equipped (I could even bake a cake), beds are comfy and we liked the private bathroom inside the dorm. It&'s an excellent location to stay.

The dorms are spacious with no cost lockers and the bathroom in my dorm was excellent. The wifi is also really quick and it works throughout the whole hostel. The staff are really helpful and warm and friendly and supply lifts to the centre.

Pretty great hostel. Massive kitchen, room was nice with really great bathroom. Staff were pretty helpful.

Nice place, spacious, quiet, secure and clean. Friendly staff. Excursions offered (nice option to touristic tours offered by agencies inside the city centre). Location still good, aprox. 10 minute walking distance to reach the primary street as nicely as the lake.

Dorms and common rooms nice and spacious, spotlessly clean - felt like home away from home! Santiago was a great host, no issues with overstaying check-out time, and he even gave me a lift to the bus station!
