Very welcoming hostel. Everything was clean and homely. Nice location in Yungaburra. BBQ on provide each night for $12 - bit pricier than other hostels.

Great town, spotted platypus during the day and numerous animals during an amazing night canoe trip they have offered. it is clean, extremely properly maintained, kitchen, games, garden and fantastic staff!

We are in our late fifties and would rate this the very best hostel we have visited. It is efficiently run and Tracy the manager makes everyone at house creating a marvelous environment in the building. Our double room was spotless and comfortable. The facilities are simple and the showers in the same open plan location as the cooking area and lounge may not be to everyones taste but we loved it. Suggest the night canoe but otherwise a car is needed to explore properly

- Excellent value- not very expensive. Yugaburra is so cute but you need a car or get their bus which is e30 each way from Cairns. But the tablelands are worth a trip! The kitchen is so clean and new- superbly set out, loads of pots and pans. The lounge location is cosy and there is a pretty atmosphere. Tracey was very helpful at all times. We did the night canoe and it was great, although it is dependent on what animals came out.

Everything you could want from a hostel, clean and nice rooms, warm and friendly staff and wonderful value for money The nightly Barbeque and night canoe tours the hostel put on were amazing. Would recommend to anyone!

Love this place - been here 3 times now and its always great. It's fantastically clean without being sterile - in fact its a really quirky, homey place. the staff are sooo friendly and helpful. Feel really safe and secure here and always lots of diff people staying.

This was a lovely, well-organized hostel with superb personality and absolute cleanliness. The staff were amazing, and I only wish I had been in town longer to stay on there. Higly recommend.
