I dislocated my knee whilst staying in Cairns and the YHA were supurb, they organised a downstairs room with a low bunk. Helped cancel any tours I had booked and assisted with my flight changes. They carried my backpack, helped put my shoe on and made me laugh when I wanted to cry. Sounds cheesy I know but they staff were exceptional and I wouldn't have coped half as well without them.
