Staff were amazing - I&'ve stayed in several hostels prior to and was very impressed by the service here. We were accidently overcharged for our first night as the employees member didn&'t realise that we&'d paid a deposit, and when we checked out the employees member realised we&'d been overcharged (even though we hadn&'t realised) and brought our attention to the fact and repaid us the difference. I&'m not sure of several hostels who would rectify this error without any prompting from the customer. Rooms were good, private and clean. Shared bathrooms were very clean. Fantastic stay.

It was all really very good except for the water heaters just near to our window making a really loud noises all night. Th beds are too old, really noisy and soft.
