Good location, great service. Food in the bar was ok. the loungers looked nice although there&'s no view.

Good location, near the beach and town. Room was a decent size with lockers, a lot of free breakfast and we were even given free sticky toffee pudding! Staff very friendly and helpful

This hostel is really clean (including rooms, bath rooms and toilets). A lot of showers a toilets. And has good beds. I think the mattress was far better than even in some hotels I have stayed. Just down the street from nice beach. Very good deals for guests inside the bar downstairs. Very helpful and warm and friendly stuff. They are licensed so you are not allowed to drink alcohol inside the hostel. The lockers are really good but need to bring your own lock (may mention that on the web page or so). Breakfast was really convenient.

The location of the Hostel is great, close to the beach and around the corner from restaurants and cafes. My partner and I stayed at the Coolangatta Sands Hostel as we were flying to China from the Gold Coast airport the next morning. The place was okay for a one night stay and runs free shuttles to the airport.

In terms of facilities, character and convenience its the top hostel Ive stayed at in Australia. The rooms are contemporary with cozy beds, and I totally enjoy the individual access to the huge common terrace. The breakfast is nice, and facilities contemporary and spotless. Power outlets inside the lockers shows that this place has been designed in detail to cater to backpackers needs.

First impression was really good! This was the first really serviceminded location we arrived to. It was clean and felt almost more like a hotel than a hostel. The beds were already made and we the hostel served brekkie. A lot of toilets and showers and they were CLEAN. The cooking area was totally equipped too. Amazing staff.
