The location is awesome. Simply because it&'s near the beach, super markets and a mall. If we&'d like to use internet, we can go to library near the backpacker.

I was really surprised how friendly the employees was and other travellers too. Also the builgind and colourfull decoration was nice! I also liket the athmosphere in Cotton Tree backpackers.

Good atmosphere because of the long-stay workers there, and also the no cost use of surfboards is also useful as the surfing beach is close by.

The hostel was recommended by another backpacker as a great place by the beach to chill out and catch a wave or two. It's an old wooden building that has a homely feel. It's quite small and they don't take big groups so although it was friendly it wasn't too noisy at night. They definitely don't encourage parties - and that was fine with me. The beach is a short walk away and the hostel has free surf and body boards.
