The beds were comfortable. There was an easy access lift for heavy baggage. Quite a outstanding kitchen, no one stole food from me!

The employees really make a difference here, especially Victoria and Tobe, very welcoming and willing to help out with what to do in and around Melbourne. Exceptional location as close to the station and a brief walk from the cities significant sites! A nice relax out room downstairs and clean dorms/showers too make it for me.

Well, location was good. and kitchen. That's about it. horrible noice all night. no A/C at all times. just max. 2h. and for asking it to be running. Not coming again. sorry.
