The employees was friendly, linen was clean, very good and comfortable beds. There was a little heater in the 6bed dorm which made it nice and warm.

I initially booked a dorm and was pleased to be given a twin share girls room, until on my last day stay whilst I was touring melbourne my belongings were moved and I was then put back in a dorm, I was not happy as I had just driven 6 hours, when they moved my belongings they lost my brand-new towel and I so insinuated it could have been the Dutch girl sharing with me, she was clearly not happy with the hostel either!

The manager at the front desk was really helpful with everything that we needed to know about the city along with the accomodation. It was quiet, but there was still an excellent setting with all ye backpackers hanging out in the common room. It was clean and neat, the fans supplied were all we needed to stay cool. Overall really good value for money
