Location - near to marketplace and free buses. Easy walk into Perth CBD Noiseless room - no car noises Cozy bed We ended up staying 9 nights for the above reasons

Overall, I think the reviews on this hostel are harsh, I&'ve stayed here twice now, for a total of 7 nights, and I&'d happily go back. I stayed in room 3. It was extremely great size room, with a queen bed, a sofa, two tables, a full size fridge (which was unnecessarily large tbh), microwave, toaster, and a small but adequate bathroom. There was a balcony off the room but the access door was blocked, which was a huge shame. Its a converted mansion, constructed within the late 1800&'s so it has the characteristically high ceilings. The location is FANTASTIC. Very brief walk to the Mount Lawley strip of eating places and bars, and an equally brief walk to the Northbridge bars. Street parking is pretty easy. The employees were stunning people, and extremely organised.

The location is good - a short walk from CBD. I stayed inside the private apartment and it is reasonably spacious, particularly the bathroom with all of the light coming in inside the morning. Despite the shortcomings, it is a great value for the ridiculously expensive Perth.

Location is really great and near to CBD, restaurants, shops, public transport and nightlife, the place is nice and quiet, fantastic kitchen facilities, nice and friendly and helpful staff, especially Frances who gives you a gorgeous warm welcome and offers to help you in any way possible

The owner was really helpful on arrival and departure. Our room was massive with a nice balcony. My daughter thought it was an excellent backpacker&'s and she has used them far more than me.

Handy location, close to Kings Park and city. Wonderful food nearby. I would suggest this property however I would not necessarily stay at it again myself.
