Very warm and friendly and helpful staff. next door are numerous cafes, bakeries and pubs; More affordable rates than downtown.

Haven Inn looks very run down from the outside, but the inside was absolutely fine. Slightly dated, but very comfortable and the room was very spacious. All in all very good. I'd recommend a weekly travel card to get from here to the city centre as it's not really comfortable walkable distance to anywhere. Really nice small shops nearby, banks etc and a wicked nice bakery too!

Not really cheap. but extremely warm and friendly and in a nice area. some thing not so nice: i found a cockroach there.

Well, most hostels and hotels offer no cost wi-fi service but i was surprised you would have to pay five dollars for one hour of internet.
