Nice spot to stay close to the lifts with connection to primary car. The cooking area is full equipped so you do need to bring your own cooking stuff.

Perfect location, super close to the Kitzbuhel primary lift. Also, the cooking area was great, as was the breakfast. Not too much that I could complain about, except the weather while I was there :(

The owner is as helpful as can be, and often up for a chat. The facilities are exceptional and clean, as well as the pricing is really reasonable too. Some of the rooms have ensuites!
