Close to town. We left a camera behind by accident and the staff member found it and called and emailed us straight away to say they had put it aside for us which was a huge relief!

Great location--it's really near to Westbahnhof, the train station which was incredibly convenient. I used Vienna as a stopping point and took a train to the Austrian countryside. And it was amazing to be able to spend as much time within the city as probable and then have the hostel right near where I had to leave from. The staff were all incredibly warm and friendly and helpful. And also the room was clean.
