There was one really nice employee who gave us great ideas for our stay in Vienna. She was very friendly. The kitchen is also nicely stocked. No cost ear plugs at the same time which helps when 8 of your 12 dorm mates snore.

Good location- close to a train station && about 15 minutes walk from centre of town. Helpful, warm and friendly staff. Nice common room area. Exceptional sized kitchen. Beds were comfortable && each bed had its own light, power point && privacy curtain which was nice.

This hostel had superb location - opposite the train station; a few stops into the middle of vienna or about 15 minute walk. the cooking area and common rooms were spacious, the power points inside the lockers were an incredible idea! you could leave the room and leave points charging without having to worry. no cost ear plugs from the reception was also nice :)

Loved this hostel! Only got to stay here for one night sad to say but it was lovely. Shared a bedroom with 5 others, very safe with individual safes in the room and electronic door tags to get in. Also a massive common location with books and games and so on and a large, clean cooking area with tea and coffee. Fantastic area, opposite metro station and about 10-20 mins walk from the centre of Vienna. Fantastic environment and friendly staff!

We loved all of the outlets inside the rooms (there were almost too many! ), the wireless was fantastic and we could access it all over the hostel, the employees were extremely nice, everything was clean and pretty new. the kitchen was great! it had a extremely comfortable atmosphere! we loved it! they even do your laundry for you!
