Very comfortable bed, the water in the shower warmed up extremely quickly, as properly as the rooms are extremely spacious. In case you leave Keplerplatz towards Raaber-Bahn Gasse, then turn immediately left, it&'s just down the street on the right. There is a lift, which is nice as the place has 5-6 floors. When you check in take one wireless ticket per device you need to connect - they didn&'t mind me taking an extra one!

Real outstanding price for the six ppl room, super friendly stuff, I got there 6 am inside the morning, was able to check in my room right away instead of waiting till check in time. Staff speak excellent English, location is really outstanding near metro and grocery! Great place. Quite during the night

It was situated right by a principal tram station so getting places was extremely easy. The staff was very useful answering inquiries as well.

Definitely the nicest hostel I&'ve stayed at in Europe so far. I was incredibly impressed with the helpfulness of the employees along with the cleanliness of the facilities. Would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Vienna!

Super near to the station, thus basic to get to everywhere. The staff were so warm and friendly and helpful, no matter whom I talked to. They pretty much gave me a whole 3 day itinerary and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Vienna due to the fact of that.

The employees was helpful and friendly. Wireless worked great inside the rooms and lobby. There was a small refrigerator for food. The rooms were kept clean by staff.

Everything about this hostel is fantastic - the price, the location, the staff. The staff maintained to keep our group together although we didn&'t make a booking together and gave us a a lot more expensive room for the same quantity of money. Enjoy it.
