The employees is nice (when they are around), the cleaning lady is nice to talk to and very effective, the rooms and toilets/showers were spotless and modern. the location is amazing, but that makes cheap food really hard to locate along with the streets very noisy at night. despite the minuses i really enjoyed the stay. the travellers were amazing along with the waiting for the one computer at that single table gives you the chance to meet them.

I stayed in the hotsel whilst in Brussels for a weekend away, and for discovering center of the city it was excellent. The rooms were clean as nicely as the bathrooms were really nice, with pretty hot showers.

Superb location. In our 6-dorm room (nr. 12) a completely new, fancy, private bathroom for only the room. Comfortable beds, bed linen and towel included.
