The staff were very useful and pleasing as well as the location is just excellent. The hotel is extremely inexpensive for the location, if you only want somewhere to use as a base to sleep then this is for you!

Very central to the Grand Location and walking distance to all central tourist destinations. Right close to the Central Station for straightforward access to the metro. Extremely clean, helpful employees and superb value for money.

The property was a great value, and the location couldn&'t have been better. The rooms were adequate, comfortable, silent and clean - exactly as described on the website (though, unfortunately, not all rooms feature the zeebra covers that are pictured! ). Employees were helpful in figuring out how billing for my stay was working, and spent time explaining items to me until I understood it.

You couldn&'t ask for a greater location, right in the heart of Brussels and very handy to the Central station. The staff were often offered and friendly. Definitely amazing value for money.

It is situated really close to the grand place and to the train station, superb location to walk around Brussels. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Double glazed so can&'t hear any noise from the square below.

Location was fantastic - couldn&'t fault it. Balcony overlooking the square. We had the triple room - a lot massive enough.
