Absolutely outstanding location to stay. There&'s not a lot of places you can go and stay in an old monastery, such a different experience. Even with this being an older building, the facilities were really clean, rooms straightforward but really comfortable, and also the environment was really lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful. Aesthetically, this spot is loaded with character and is a phenomenal spot to stay if you appreciate architecture and authenticity. Extremely clean facilities and lots of extras that spoiled this jaded backpacker. The staff was incredibly helpful at providing directions to points (and comfortably switched between English, French and Dutch). This spot was properly worth the indulgence for a night soon after weeks of less impressive accommodations.

The location of the GuestHouse is perfect. There are bars, pubs, restaurants, stores and markets close by. Also there is a good connection with the public transport.

I really liked the environment of this property, the building itself is so special and great. I also liked that the employees acted so professional, they were really kind. I would surely recommend this place to other travelers. On the top of this, this was the only place in Ghent I could locate with single rooms for an cost-effective price.

The spot used to be a Monastery, the building is incredible and the atmosphere is great. Is not the spot to meet other travellers but instead is more of a experience, a extremely great one. The employees are amazing, often ready to help and give great advices for places to go. Go for the experience, you wont regret
