Staff (especially Ted at the bar) were excellent. Very good atmosphere and location (less than 2mins walk from main bus station and an easy downhill walk into town). No cost pancakes for breakfast (as a lot of as you can eat). No cost beer every single night.

Convieniant location 15 mins walk to significant attractions. The significant hostel looks a lot nicer, but this is reviewed from the new annex.

It is really near to the bus station which is amazing in case you are only staying a night or two and have a lot of luggage. The bar is a amazing location to spend an evening in case you don't need to go into town, along with the free beer is a nice touch. It's a very good location to meet and talk with other travellers. The staff are warm and friendly and helpful. If you need to use wireless inside your room then ask to be on the top floor.

We stayed within the adventure brew too, its just 30 seconds up the street. the beds within the dorm were comfortable and pretty quiet. the pancake breakfast is really good. theres loads to eat. no cost beer every single night, cant go wrong. employees are really friendly. great hostel

Everything was amazingly clean along with the bar is an excellent place to sit and relax and hang out with individuals as everybody makes their way up there (huffing and puffing) at the end of the day for the no cost pint (which is a brilliant perk by the way. ) Pancake breakfast is fantastic for one or two days but it gets a bit old following that which is why they offer to cook you (almost literally) whatever you want. you need only ask. They put up drink specials and they have hostel-organized events. Wi-fi is some of the fastest I have experienced in S. America. Overall an excellent experience.

Its located near the busstation, a few min walk of the center. Top is that you get a no cost beer each and every night at the bar. Its a nice spot to sit, great food too and not as partylike the other hostels. The bar gives also view over the city. And you get pancakes within the morning!

Pancakes and beer, lovely. Clean rooms, if a little cold sometimes, it is cold in La Paz though so hey ho. A booking mistake was fixed professionally by the staff, reassuring. The bar has an outstanding view. The hostel is enjoyable and sociable without being OTT!
