It is really centrally located in down-town Santa Cruz. The morning breakfast was very good (eggs, bread, muffins, fresh juice, coffee/tea). The bed sheets were clean. The shower was hot. I felt it was a safe hotel as well. The staff were also really helpful. The AC inside the room was also a huge help inside the heat!

It is very centrally situated in downtown Santa Cruz. The morning breakfast was good (eggs, bread, muffins, fresh juice, coffee/tea). The bed sheets were clean. The shower was hot. I felt it was a secure hotel as well. The staff were also very helpful. The AC inside the room was also a huge help inside the heat!

That fact that the hotel was quite near to the plaza, it was a really nice spot to stay, really comfortable, really safe, along with the staff really helpful and friendly
