If you are considering staying at this hostel, you are most likely looking at it because of its price. its fantastic low price, that delivers somewhere to rest your head with a &"No Frills&" approach. Don&'t come expecting much, but what you get for the price is good value. It is fairly confusing as there are several properties let by this agency, but in case you go for the cheapest option - you will end up in an unstaffed dorm. The staff that manage this spot are based a few doors up the road and are extremely welcoming and helpful. Their hospitality includes outstanding breakfasts and we also had the opportunity to try the local coffee and spirit (although this was their generosity, rather than one thing to expect). The crucial thing is to make sure you ask them in case you need one thing - whilst we were staying there individuals were going to cafes to use the internet, when they were happy for individuals to use the office computers. Also individuals had been sleeping in the freezing cold rather than asking about turning the heating on. They were more than pleased to help with each things. The location is fantastic - opposite the Bascarsija Principal Square.

The three people at reception (2 men, 1 woman) are generally really nice and helpful. I was offered an upgrade but it was really faraway from the center, isolated, and smelled of smoke. I went back, said I didn&'t feel secure there and asked for my original bed and they gave it to me. The dorm was really clean and really nicely situated right on the primary street near to the old town. I&'d definitely stay again for the cleanliness, location and niceness of the staff.

It was low-cost as described, as well as the location is really central. the pick up from the train station - in case you knew about it and had a phone to call for it - was helpful.

It&'s cheap, situated extremely close to Bascarsija square which is somekind of a center for the old town. Don&'t put too high expectation on cleanness and the hostel generally, but I guarantee you it worth the money you pay. Location, towel provided and breakfast. I strongly suggest this place.

It was cheap. The pick-up from the station is nice, but you could just catch the tram that takes you all the way in to the center. The building I stayed in was up a dark unlit road.

Amazing hostel! Clean and right in the city centre. Very nice people! Mustafa and Kenan are both incredibly helpful! I definitely recommend this hostel!
