We had our own small apartment, with kitchen, bathroom separate from the primary building. Excellent. The bakery is great, and bus stops are close by!

It was a cozy little place, when you stepped out placed you right right near to a bakery and corner bar. Silent and located in a really local neighborhood.

Taiua is accessible by a lot of city buses, including a couple that go directly to the major bus terminal. There are stores nearby - a drugstore and a bakery on the corner really near to the hostel - and it's only a short walk away there are restaurants, and so on inside the Savassi neighborhood. The property owner is super nice and helpful. When I was there, only two people were staying at the hostel, so I had a whole dorm room to myself. Kitchen, common room, and no cost wifi.
