It was a really sociable hostel and very easy to meet other travellers. They ran excursions to lots of places on the island which was exceptional as some of them are quite difficult to get to otherwise. the cocktails are AMAZING! as is the dinners they put on and low-cost compared to going out for dinner! there are lockers under your bed and in the reception location and a cooking area for use in case you like. I really enjoyed my time here (i stayed longer than i expected! ) and really suggest it to other travellers

Really nice place, nice employees and a great bar and pool. room was fine. superb trips and night life activities organised.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, brasilian Barbeque was really outstanding with tons of food. Rooms and bath rooms fairly clean

Staff were fantastic and it was a extremely close knit hostel. There are great activites and excursions organized through the hostel for day and night. Perfect for individuals traveling alone.

Everything! toucan ticks all boxes in cleansliness, breakfast, staff && enjoyable atmosphere. One of the very best hostels I have stayed in brazil, great place!

Everyone at the hostel is very friendly, travelers and staff, making it very simple to meet people. The activities at night were far beyond what I expected for Carnival. The location is great, you can either walk or take a brief bus ride to several beaches.
