When we arrived we had been up-graded from a double room to a chalet for no extra cost, which was fantastic. It is a gorgeous property with gorgeous rooms, garden and public area. Lots of character, lots of hammocks and seating to relax in. Claus is especially fantastic with recommendations and help, along with the rest of the family are extremely warm and friendly and helpful too. Breakfast is fantastic. Location is a short walk from the centre of Abraao. Really enjoyed our stay here, a pretty hostel to compliment a pretty island.

The room was clean and comfortable. Garden with it&s outdoor shower was really beautiful. I enjoyed the small terrace with a hammock in front of our room. Breakfast was really good! Owner speaks good english.

Excellent environment (surroundings were beautiful); nicely labelled and simple to get to and discover on the island (just 5 mins walk from the port); cats were really friendly! - would curl up on your lap, if you wanted them to! Couldnt believe how nicely priced it was, would have happily paid much more for the room!

We likes The hostel a lot, its extremely clean and the breakfast is good. Very good enchanting comforting hostel with nice employees and scenery!

The giant rock feature in the room, extremely original! fantastic check-in staff, extremely knowledgeable, friendly. located in a great setting, with a garden, hummingbirds, waterfalls (small ones :-), no cost internet
