There is nothing that I didn&'t like! I turned up broken having a rubbish trip and was totally rescued by Deb && Pete! My 2 days turned in to over 2 weeks!

Great setting in a great location with lots of remarkable individuals coming through. Lovely owners who helped out loads with trips inside the town and onwards travel. The best hostel of our trip through Brazil.

I thought the pousada was great! Outstanding staff and a great atmosphere. I strongly recommend staying there.

A chilled and sociable hostel. Its far more like staying at a pals house than anything. Staff are warm and friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is exceptional and often being replenished. And a decent bar and garden to relax in. Fantastic location - right on Pituba.

This hostel has a great outdoor common space with a bar, hammocks, benches and grass to sit on. The breakfast is great with everyone around a huge table creating a relaxed social environment. Lots of solo travellers made it really straightforward to meet people. The rooms were clean with new matresses. The hostel has bikes to hire and connections with local businesses for surf lessons and waterfall tours etc.

We don't often give 100% ratings but we can quite honestly say this is the most effective hostel we have stayed in, and we've stayed in a fair few in South America and around the world. The owners have spent a long time making this hostel into a calming haven, and it was like a home away from home. The breakfast location over looking the garden is gorgeous along with the hammocks and new BBQ location is great. They are consistently making the hostel far better for travelers and are always so helpful (giving you ideas on what to do, organizing trips in case you want them, etc). They have a excellent selection of breakfast - far better quality than great hotels i would say and were really accommodating with my food allergies. (They made me food especially and even had PG tips from the UK). The rooms and en-suite shower rooms are clean, ours had a large fan and a mosi net. When we were there they had a film night and another evening they had a excellent BBQ with excellent quality steak. You can hire surf and body boards too, (although this wasnt for me) my partner used a board and walked to the beach which was close. Definitely stay here in case you can!
