Very quiet, the view, walking to town, cool. Talking with the owners. The beach is very clean too.

Simon and Helena are great hosts and will help you to organise your stay in Paraty. The rooms are extremely clean and made up every single morning during breakfast. The location is noiseless and although a 15 minute walk to town, there are plenty of bars and places to eat on the beach across the road with fantastic views of the islands. We would definitely suggest and would adore to come here!

Very warm and friendly and helpful owners made us really feel really welcome. Nice bright room a stones throw from the beachfront bars!

Lovely place, in silent area on Jabaquara beach in parary. Simon and Helena were lovely and really helpful, suggested tours and places to visit. The brekkie was fantastic and also the rooms were spotlessly clean. About a 20 minute walk into the old town, mostly along the beach front. Would certainly recommend.

Friendly welcome and clean, comfortable rooms. Really very good breakfast - but no facilities to prepare your own meals.
