Close to town and beach, great breakfast, small pool, helpful staff with outstanding english and properly informed on activities in town, space for tents, staff organized great communal meals for great cost (pizza night, tacos).

We just finish dinner kindly made by one of the employee and shared with 6 others backpackers with great beers, and great music what could we ask a lot more and all of this following a afternoon spend on the beach really close learning to surf with the employees. What else do you want

Good atmosphere, amazing location, extremely warm and friendly staff. They organise dinner during the night for a affordable price and it is really very good food, and it is also a amazing way to meet the other individuals staying at the hostel.

-The hostel staff was helpful with explaining what to see and cost of activities. -They all spoke English && Spanish. -They let us borrow snorkeling gear for free.

We stayed in a 6 person mixed dorm which was a room with 3 bunk beds and its own bathroom. The room was really spacious, with two windows and a slightly ancient but still functioning air conditioner. As we were a group of 5 we had the room to ourselves. The beds were very comfortable and also the sheets provided were clean. We didn&'t get a chance to take advantage of the pool but it looked clean as did the public areas which were spacious. The atmosphere was really chilled out, which we really liked and it meant we got a excellent night&'s sleep ahead of an early morning boat excursion. Not exactly a party hostel but it depends what you want! The very best thing about La Rocca was definitely the breakfast - delicious! Fresh fruit, bread and cake, tea and coffee - all really tasty and well-presented. Just what you want on a Sunday morning! Location was great too, 5 minutes from shops and eating places and 10 minutes from the beach. We loved Porto de Galinhas.
