I liked the environment of this hostel, all the employees were so friendly and helpful. Th chef was awesome and would cook really tasty meals each and every evening especially New Years Eve, the rooms were clean.

I&'ve had a great stay in el misti hostel. It is really basic to meet people there and it has a relaxed setting with great caipirinhas! ;) The lockers are large and spacy and made out of metal - so you can store your baggage safely (if you bring your lock). You receive also a very nice map of Rio.

There was a wonderful vibe in this hostel. The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was great as nicely as the staff were constantly cleaning. It is fantastic value for money.
