The employees is very helpfull and gives advice for a very good stay in Sao Paulo. The cooking area is also very very good to cook in.

Location, location, location! Seriously, there are other minor pros and cons but the excellent location makes all the difference. (Opposite airport bus-stop, 1 block from Paulista city points of interest and bars, 2 blocks from metro to get to other city sights, then any decent nightclub is a taxi cab or bus away, no matter exactly where you start, so you might at the same time be central. ) Wednesday night drinks (with locals) is cool.

Fantastic location. Perfect secure location. Close to the metro. Staff were brilliant. The lady who served us was really amazing. Helped us so much. Showers were really hot, maybe a little too hot! wifi connection was good. Common region was smallish, not enough seats, but they have a 50" cable TV with all the newest English and Portuguese movies.
