Interesting other use of the building which was slightly unsavory as the second floor was a brothel (the hotel was on the 3rd and 4th floors but they shared a ground floor reception area) but otherwise a really clean, exceptional value hotel.

Very friendly and helpful stuff if you don't count their tuk-tuk drivers witch will charge you 3 dollars for driving 1 km. The hostel is runned by a Finish man and you can have finish specialities from their meny at the small restaurant at the ground floor.

The room I got at the Sakura hotel was without a doubt the best I ever got for $15. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling on a budget. Yes, there are a few massage girls wondering around the lobby from time to time but they are easily ignored if one wishes so. Ask for a big double room when making a reservation, you won't be disappointed. I'll definately use this hotel again if I'm ever in PP again.

The room I got at the Sakura hotel was without a doubt the extremely best I ever got for $15. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling on a budget. Yes, there are a few massage girls wondering around the entrance hall from time to time but they are easily ignored if one wishes so. Ask for a massive double room when making a reservation, you won&'t be disappointed. I&'ll completely use this hotel again if I&'m ever in PP again.

I was only staying in PP for 1 night && thought I chose a very good spot to stay - WRONG - quite a distance from the centre, but very good for S21 && Kiling Fields. The employees were not helpful and I was asked to wait whilst the guy at reception showed a lady to a mans room (special massage). Didn&'t feel comfortable around the spot and was told that I could not use the no cost net ahead of I checked out. Look elsewhere for lodging

If you are looking just for accomodations, this is a fantastic place. if you are searching for services and atmosphere, other places would be better. It seemed they would charge more for booking transportation through them.

Just near one of central Sianukh blvd, near Independence Monument, variety of restaurants, internet cafe. Warm and friendly staff often can arrange transport at convenient costs (of course, you have to deal with driver yourself anyway, but you are advised on how much certain route can really cost. ). And free laundry washing service!

I liked the fact that the Hotel had free laundry service, the staff were very friendly and the room was quite big. However word of warning, this place doubles as a 'naughty massage' place and as such there are girls in skimpy clothes waiting in the lobby most of the time. not the greatest thing to see if your a couple staying here.
