Very helpful staff. Organised pick up from airport that went really smoothly even though the flight was late! Will organise bus tickets etc in case you wish at really reasonable rates. Employees really friendly.

The room rate with a fan and cable television was outstanding value. The room was clean. There was a list to tuk tuk prices for popular tourist places on the wall near the entrance hall which was helpful. There was a nice balcony location on the third floor exactly where you can sit and relax.

Was great value for money, employees were really warm and friendly and accommodating. Location not bad, only a 2 dollar tuk tuk ride to river location which is the touristy component of town.

Free pick up from the bus station was very good as nicely as the room was quite very good for the price. Simple to book buses/tours from the guesthouse. Free wifi.

Great staff, helpful but not pushy. The room was a bit claustrophobic simply because it has extremely low ceilings (you would hit the roof in case you were over 6 foot). Very safe, and they supply to lock up valuables in their safe and they have bars on the windows. The spot right nearby seemed to be much better value for money, as it was brighter with bigger rooms for the same price so we moved there but ended up with bed bugs.

First, the bed was awesome. Any hotel/hostel with that excellent of a bed is worth whatever negatives I list below! Really comfortable and queen sized. The room came with excellent window space, the A/C worked well, and the bathroom had an individual heating unit that worked well. The employees was very helpful, had excellent rates for visas/travel (and 6-mo VNese visas were available), and the food rates were reasonable. The lounge area was a bit small and shared with the family, but it was quite peaceful and pleasurable with a excellent TV and speakers and tables for eating. There were 2 computers offered with web (bad at times, but that&'s not the hotel&'s fault) that were acceptably fast and had headphones and a mic. Booked twice for my return to the city, so I definitely liked it.
