Hotel was situated in a silent neighbourhood, though this means that the Old Marketplace and Bar Street is a considerable walk away. Each staff that we met was very useful and polite. Do book tuk-tuks through them and ask for the (English speaking) drivers Sokom and &'Rooney&'. They&'re the best! Free water and fruit platter every single day. N. B. : The hotel has changed its name to &'Wooden Angkor Hotel&' and - from what the receptionist told me - its location as well. The building and rooms look new.

Definitely will miss the warm and friend smile from the staff reception -- Thuan. also other staff are really helpful! they had a refreshing welcome drink, even offer me one when i am using their internet. location and room, are perfect!

The hotel was very nice. the stuff was very friendly. we got cold water and fresh towel each time we went back to the hotel. no cost fruit plate everyday. the transportation to the airport by tuk-tuk was also included.

The bed time story that was on the pillow every night was sweet :) The staff were very helpful and friendly and helped with booking tickets etc.

Staff friendly and nice touches such as a cold face cloth on your return to the hotel and bed time stories! Not in the center of town but only a 5-10min walk or 2minute tuk tuk journey.
