Very clean, awesome water pressure. Felt better than a motel in many ways. Working TV with many channels. No bad odors, and no loud neighbors.

Very clean and comfortable. The beds have feather mattress covers - so comfortable! The bathroom includes a bath, which was a nice way to end a day of hiking. Overall, a lovely, basic room near the center of Banff.

Location is wonderful just on the edge of down-town an basic walk to shops, restaurants etc. Excellent bar inside the Ptarmigan nearby where you may also use the hot tub. Breakfast available inside the Ptarmigan if you do not wish to walk any distance. Employees very warm and friendly and helpful.
