I have only positive items to say about KIH. Such a warm inviting clean and friendly environment. The employees are awesome people, and happy to help whenever you need. I had a broken arm and so required a little more assistance than most, they were so kind and accomodating and didnt make me feel like a burden. I would stay here again in a heartybeat. In fact, i might have to come up with another excuse to pay a visit to Kelowna, just so i can hang out at KIH again. I was honestly sad to leave the place.

Warm, cosy, noiseless (this time of year), friendly staff, clean dorms and rooms, pancake breakfast. Though the location is not as close to down-town as some, the bus stop is right outside and we enjoyed the quiet.

This place has lots of character and tons of activities to do. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. It would've been best for me if I was 10 years younger.

When we arrived there was a mix up with the booking as properly as the employees had not received our booking from hostelbookers (booked 3 months in advance). They did not have any private rooms left so they shuffled some people around and gave us a dorm room to ourselves at a discounted rate. Hostel was clean, colourful and friendly!

Laid back, with lots of interaction betweeen visitors. Had a touch (right! ) rugby match on Sat PM!
