Everyone is warm and friendly and even though it's not within the center of Montreal, you can easily get there by public transport in just 15 mins or by walking (an hour or so). Besides, it's right nest to the Mont Royal Park, which is very nice along with the Park de la Fontaine, which is very nice too.

Hostel was in a component of town with a lot of character near tons of shops, bars, restaurants. We were glad to stay here rather than downtown. One of the cheapest private room options.
