Its like a haunted hotel out of scooby-doo! brilliant! along with the employees arethe most helpful and polite and enjoyable i have come across in toronto hostels. and i have stayed in a few.

The location is great! its really close to down town, you can reach all of the items by walking, and you dont need a nightbus soon after partying.

Not much, the employees overall were pretty helpful. Although, when we arrived they wanted to charge us extra for taxes. (I though all of the charges, including taxes were quoted on Hostel Bookers - which makes it easier when budgeting for your travels)
