Staff is friendly and efficient and helped me above and beyond with a problem. Very knowledgeable about the city and how to get around and what to do whilst in Toronto. Lockers are available for you valuables (bring your own lock).

Very good. Breakfast just bagels and butter - but it's okay. The staff is very helpful and the hostel has a lot of atmosphere! Realy enjoyed my stay there!

The hostel is situated right inside the heart of Toronto and extremely close to the bus terminal. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linen smelt extremely clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The common location has a outstanding TV and extremely comfortable couches, outstanding atmosphere for meeting new people. The only problem was the cleanliness of the showers everything else was fantastic
