It&'s close to campus so if that&'s what you need most and are on a tight budget, I would suggest this place. Safety seems pretty good.

It is really low-cost and nonetheless comfortable enough. It is really near to York University which can be handy but then very far of the city centre.

The manager was really friendly and helpfull, the comon location was really clean and it was not to expensive, it was cheap. The Net was working really well, the shower was ideal (hot water). I had a single room with a private bathroom and it was huge enaugh for one person, I had a TV with cable.

It was a nice, clean house. Near to TTC bus routes. Full cooking area and bathroom.

Friendly atmosphere. its low-cost n worthy for that money. for those that wish to stay for a brief duration in an reasonable basis, this place would be perfect. made pals during my stay. over ll its good.
