Small dorms, basically two person rooms - had a private room by default! Clean bathrooms, pretty muffins for breakfast, helpful staff, and even have an iron you can borrow! The bedding is pretty and clean, and warm!

Very nice location, helpfull staff, safe (no guests allowed, you need you're card to get in, and at night they check your ID)

Great value for the price. Good location too (better than Gastown, which can be a bit shady). Go across the street Goldie's! The owner is the coolest guy and they've got great pizza!

First of all the staff isn't friendly or helpful at all. The hostel is really dirty and doesn't offer a lot. Under my bed we found poison for mousses or rates. The sheets in which we lay were old and not changed. I could find hair in my bed. Under the hostel there is a bar and they always have life bands and it was really loud. Breakfast is ok, they offer black tea and coffee and a muffin which taste sometimes not backed. The location is really cool. I would rather pay a little bit more and go to another hostel than staying at this hostel again.

Guy at the desk was so incredibly rude, ignorant and unhelpful, for example after check in he left a door slam in my face when my hands were full of luggage. Dorm was ridiculously cold. Don't waste your money on this shack or expect a warm shower.
