The rooms are nice, clean and safe. I felt like a roommate inside the apartment. It&'s small, homey. The cooking area is massive and each room has it&'s own cabinet to store food! The water inside the shower was nice and hot. There were lots of blankets on the beds (I went in winter).

The owner, Benny, as well as the other staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. BBQ night was very cool and inclusive.

The location and also the public region were nice. Breakfast was great, we liked the banana milkshakes so much! The boys of the hostel are so nice and arrange nice evenings of drinking and sushi nights. I would suggest this hostel for sure.

Best location we have stayed in Chile! A fantastic setting with an awesome team of employees who are really welcoming and informative. Benny is an awesome peaceful guy who is really helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure you have a fantastic time in Pucon. Highly recommend Nativa to everyone!
