Excellent location, extremely clean, very safe, cool atmosphere, comfortable rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpfull, especially Jackson and Daniel. The top hostel in Santiago!

The hostel has a lot of potential, but is badly run. In case you are an investor here, I would be concerned. Only great thing is location, but this is also a bad thing as it is v noisy until the early hours of the morning.
